VICE Media appoints Daisy Auger-Domínguez Chief People Officer

Global independent youth media company VICE Media Group announced the company has appointed Daisy Auger-Domínguez as the Chief People Officer.

In her new role, Auger-Domínguez will lead VICE Media Group’s global human resources organization, including its workforce strategy, talent acquisition and development, diversity and inclusion and employee engagement. Based in Brooklyn and reporting to Dubuc, she will oversee all aspects of VMG’s HR functions globally, supporting its workforce throughout 35 cities worldwide.

As a member of the company’s executive leadership team, she will lead strategic company initiatives to ensure VMG continues to foster an inclusive and diverse culture that attracts, grows and retains the best and the brightest.

Auger-Domínguez boasts of over twenty years of experience in leading large-scale, global teams in organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition and development, and HR transformation at major companies including Viacom, Google, Disney ABC TV, Time Warner and Moody’s.

 Most recently she was an independent consultant advising senior leaders and board members across Fortune 500 companies, startups and social impact organisations. During her combined industry and consulting tenure, Auger-Domínguez led global engagements across multiple industries including entertainment, technology, media and financial services.
