As of now, all film makers, agencies, companies, TV channels as well as students are invited to submit their film and multimedia productions from the automotive industry (passenger cars, motorcycles, commercial vehicles, security, fuels, etc.) to the 13th edition of the festival.

The prestigious OttoCar trophies are traditionally awarded at one of the world’s biggest events in this field, the International Motor Show (IAA) in Frankfurt/Main, Germany. The festive award ceremony around the OttoCars in gold, silver and black takes place on September 14th, 2017 with the support of the VDA, the German Association of the Automotive Industry.

“We are proud to be part of this renowned exhibition for more than 20 years now. The big number of creative minds and submissions make every year different and every festival edition unique.” underlines Alexander V. Kammel, director of the festival.

All submitted productions are evaluated by a highly professional international jury which is composed of marketing professionals, film and multimedia producers, advertising experts, as well as media representatives.

This year‘s special highlight form the two new categories 360-Degree Videos & Virtual Reality and Live Projects & Experiences, Video Art, Video Mapping.
